Turnaround times vary depending on your location and the number of requests we receive. Most residents can expect service within 1–2 weeks, though it may take up to 4 weeks or longer for properties in the more rural areas of Mariposa County. Please be sure your brush piles are ready before submitting your request so we can keep things moving smoothly for everyone.

There are two short forms that require your signature: the Request for Service form and a Right of Entry form. These will be provided either by MFSC during a pre-inspection or by our contractor on the day of service. For this reason, someone must be home when the service is performed.

If you are a CARE Program recipient, please have proof of enrollment available. The easiest way to verify this is to show the top left section of your most recent PG&E bill during your pre-inspection—it lists your name, address, and CARE participation.
